I made this dress by quilting together many scraps including the Maddy and the Red Balloon print on the back bodice piece. I used the Pattern Fantastique Vali Dress pattern. I made this dress to match the Charlotte Stone Jia and Darcy shoes, which are made with all vintage scraps. My dress includes a paintbrush fabric scrap I had from clothes my mom sewed me and my brother in 1992. This fabric is also in the Charlotte Stone shoes!
